Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist
Summary: The Inventory Control Specialistis responsible for compiling and maintaining records of quantity, type, and value of material and/or supplies that the company has in stock as well as overseeing that procedures and processes are followed to ensure inventory accuracy as well as fill in as needed for the Inventory Control Manager. Follow quality standards for both Laminate Technologies and our customers.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Account for and process all manufacturing production reporting; labor and material.
2. Analyze material issued to jobs from Rite Scan ensuring proper quantities are captured, and recording any material usage required that was not issued by Rite Scan.
3. Analyze and manage the data collected in the Manufacturing Operations Management system and synchronization of the data into Syspro, (ERP system)
4. Analyze and maintain WIP report
5. Reconcile daily shipping department truck log that all inbound trucks receivers were processed into Syspro, by either a purchase order receipt or supply chain transfer receipt and confirm proper freight absorption.
6. Organize and file all production reports on a daily basis by scanning into Alchemy digital system, and maintaining paper files in an orderly fashion for rolling 12 months
7. Review, reconcile, and make appropriate correcting entries for negative on hand quantities, and other discrepancies on a daily basis
8. Lead inventory accuracy, cycle count program, and inventory-discrepancy research
9. Lead and support team members on training for systems and processes
10. Support warehouse management and organization
11. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Diploma required or Associates’ degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

- Inventory Optimization & Planning Occupations: 3 years (Required)
