Inventory Control Coordinator

Support the planning, storage, control, and distribution of materials and products according to company needs and customer requirements. The Materials Manager will work daily with Operations Management, Project Management, and Logistics to ensure company targets are met as efficiently as possible.

• Manage Rental, Rental Repair and Storage Client assets via Inventory Management System

• Maintain Inventory Management System with all applicable updates for client base, materials, repairs, and all related tracking documents.
• Ensure timely communication with end-users.
• A resource to provide support and/or training for software systems.
• Maintain end-user process documentation.
• Lead, manage, and collaborate with vendors and internal business units with any maintenance or system improvements.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs with proposed cost revisions.
• Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.
• Develop innovative ideas and improvements for internal systems and processes when identified.
• Maintain consistency of company guidelines and policies
• Attend scheduled meetings/conference calls with partner vendors or internal business units.
• Additional duties as requested.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required desirable, or similar relevant field preferred but not required.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office Tools particularly Excel and Teams, ERP Software currently using Exact, Inventory Management Software currently using Exhibit Force
• Strong interpersonal skills
