Inventory Control Clerk

We are looking for an Inventory Control Clerk to support the Warehouse Department in assisting inventory activities such as counts, transactions, and issues.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct cycle counts on a daily basis of all bolt & gaskets inventory such as: assembled stock, less nuts (studs), nuts, fasteners, coils, RTJ gaskets, casting, forget items, tubes and bar stock
• Inspect outgoing orders for accuracy
• Control and monitor movement of material from location to location
• Conduct random audits of bar stock and saw operation for traceability and accurate counts. May conduct the same audits against other functions and manufacturing cells as needed
• Research and resolve inventory issues and negative on hand report
• Investigate and resolve errors identified by NCRs
• Maintain an accurate cycle count log for items counted and reconciled
• Ensure traceability adjustments and process inventory adjustments
• Help pull/assemble orders when needed
• Ensure that counts on the outside of broken cartons containing material are accurate
• Ensure location report is accurate

What is Required?

• Prior experience in a similar job
• Forklift experience
