Inventory Control Associate

Legrand North America has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Control Associate in our new Dayton, OH facility near the airport.

In this role, you will help establish and maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and data integrity.

We have multiple Inventory Control openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (1st Shift - 6am-2:30pm, 2nd - Shift 2:30pm-11pm, and 3rd Shift - 11pm-7:30am).

Essential Job Duties:

• Request and print required reports to perform cycle counts.
• Accurately perform cycle counts based on daily schedule.
• Perform audits and identify items that require recount due to variance.
• Reconcile inventory variances in required systems.
• Perform bin audits as assigned and correct inventory errors as they occur.
• Operate various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow established work instructions.
• Basic math skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Previous experience operating MHE.
• Knowledge of warehousing and distribution center operations.
• Ability to work a normal shift and overtime, as required.
