Responsibilities:
- Conduct inventory counts and audits to ensure accurate stock levels
- Utilize inventory management software to track and update inventory records
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of products
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring items are properly labeled and easily accessible
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with inventory
- Assist with product demonstrations and provide information to customers regarding available inventory
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or inventory management preferred
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for counting and calculating inventory quantities
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial
