Inventory Clerk
- Knowledge of SAP or the ability to learn SAP computer based program
- Set up and maintain stock levels for repair/maintenance parts, including descriptions, pricing, stock and location for all repair parts.
- Receive parts and put parts away in locations
- Receive all parts ordered into the computer system
- Contact vendors as needed to obtain price quotes, follow up on parts orders and set up service requests.
- Perform inventory cycle counts regularly and create reports as requested for Plant Management, analyzing parts usage and noting relevant trends in the data.
- Assist in planning work projects for the Maintenance Department, including creating work orders, writing process descriptions and calling vendors to obtain price quotes.
- Order safety and production parts and equipment as needed.
- Pick up specific parts and items when needed immediately to avoid downtime.
- Follow OSI Group safety rules and procedures.

- Ability to accurately perform basic math computations
- Ability to enter data into reporting system.
- Very good at performing accurate checks and maintained accurate records
- Ability to follow instructions
- Approachable and team oriented, creating a positive work environmental
- Combined prior experience in manufacturing, inventory control and on the job training.
