JOB PURPOSE
Perform the administrative work of the acquisition and delivery of resources/inventory. Compile information and monitor purchasing transactions to provide efficiency and support to the sales department. Coordinate supply chain from vendor to our warehouse or customer.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY
- Process Inventory Receiving, Adjustment, Stock Transfer and Cycle Count transactions in ERP.
- Monitor and track the status of purchase orders.
- Review vendor invoices against purchase orders to verify accuracy.
- Coordinate and track inbound shipments with service providers; i.e. freight forwarders.
- Responsible for Material Test Report Document Management
- Communicate with vendors to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, missed or late deliveries and nonconformance to specifications.
- Support and communicate with Sales department about vendors and supply chain.
- Additional assignments and projects as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Education/Credentials
High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor degree in related field desired or equivalent related experience.
4 year post-secondary education, or equivalent experience.
Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in related field.

Strong MS Excel computer skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts.
