Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
- Use retail math skills to calculate and analyze inventory data
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to develop training programs for inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area
- Assist with retail sales and provide exceptional customer service when needed
- Supervise and train new Inventory Associates on proper procedures
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to meet inventory deadlines
- Proficient in inventory control techniques and procedures
- Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate calculations
- Experience in training development is a plus
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Familiarity with interior design concepts is beneficial but not required

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
