Since 2004, Kelly Pneumatics has designed and manufactured highly accurate proportional valves, pressure regulators, and pneumatic control products. We have worked with thousands of businesses to produce highly customized parts for numerous industries, including medical, alternative energy, test equipment, semiconductor equipment and gas analyzers.

Kelly Fluid Controls is hiring an Inventory Associate who will be responsible for performing daily inventory activities. They will also assist with warehouse optimization projects and other inventory control activities.

Inventory Associate

• Stocking and distributing incoming merchandise, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure proper storage
• Monitor inventory levels
• Communicate with other departments about restocking
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy
• Assist with warehouse optimization projects to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Reporting discrepancies between their counts and computer records
• Manage order sheets and record inventory reports
• Prepare merchandise for shipment
• Inspect delivered inventory supplies and return damaged items
• Organize shelves
• Operate basic warehouse equipment
• Keep records of inventory in our inventory management system
• Monitor and manage incoming shipments
• Coordinate with vendors
• Communicating with suppliers and vendors to determine the price and availability of goods
• Conduct data entry
• Pick & deliver internal material request forms.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
• Ability to be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
• Ability to frequently use a ladder
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to lift/push up to 45lbs

Skills

• Strong math and analytical skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
