Overall Scope:
The Inventory Specialist reports to the Assistant Directors of the Inventory Department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to correctly labeling items ready for sale, restocking inventory drawers, accurately filling all online orders, helping decide what will be removed from the menu as well as preparing items for the next business day, auditing stock levels, and keeping the department organized and tidy.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Specialists will deal with day-to-day duties which can include but are not limited to:
- Processing/Labeling all incoming and outgoing products and containers based on package id numbers.
- Utilize METRC package tags and Purchase Orders to manage inventory effectively.
- Follow FIFO process to ensure the oldest goods sell first.
- Accurate fulfillment of all pre-orders and express orders for in-store pickup and delivery.
- Restock inventory drawers from our backstock, preemptively or as needed by radio call.
- Daily counts on low-stock items, then prepare item(s) for removal.
- Putting back inventory accurately that may have been removed from orders.
- Prepare daily menu enhancements for sale by getting them ready to be sold in our inventory system, as well as in their physical location in the inventory drawer.
- Utilizing the Rule of 3 to keep all brands stocked appropriately.
- Maintain accurate menu details for every item added and removed, utilizing the help of Front of House feedback.
- Working with the Front of House to ensure that they have displays as needed for products and proper communication and workflow together.
- Keeping a clean workspace for you and your team.
- All other duties as delegated.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21+ years of age.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
- Able to work independently and give constructive feedback.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy on all work.
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently.
- General or Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic Excel understanding.
- General knowledge of cannabis (desired).

Physical Demands:
The Inventory Specialist will be required to sit or stand for extended periods and move/lift heavy boxes. You must be able to lift 45lbs or more.
