Inventory Associate

Cash Connection is a licensed pawn shop in the state of Oregon, offering short term collateral loans, purchasing unwanted items and provides a diverse sales floor with something for the entire family. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Associate. As an Inventory Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining both our warehouse and salesfloor. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This position will support our customer facing team members both at the pawn counter on and on the sales floor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of pawn shop operations is a plus.
• Proficient in using computer systems and inventory management software.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for extended periods.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
