Summary
The bilingual in English & Spanish Warehouse Lead is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse, optimize inventory management processes, and uphold high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety.

Shift: 2pm - 10pm
Training Shift: 6am - 2pm (upto 4 weeks)
Hourly: $19.20

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Overseeing the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory items. This involves tracking inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing procedures to minimize discrepancies.
• Implementing inventory control measures to prevent loss, damage, or theft of inventory items. This includes monitoring inventory levels, identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock, and coordinating with purchasing teams to manage inventory replenishment.
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of inventory through regular inspections and quality control measures. This may involve conducting product inspections, verifying shipment accuracy, and addressing any quality issues promptly.

• Conduct operations in a manner promoting safety
• Daily management of the Warehouse Management System, including managing inbound, outbound, order picking and cycle count functions
• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Prepare customer orders for processing.
• Maintain customer records and updates account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order management and product management.

• Keep appropriate records and reports
• Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
• Assist in any required physical inventories
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards
• Ability to read, understand and follow instructions, and to code applicable documents

Safety:
