Summary:The IR Tech provides assistance and support to surgeons by preparing and providing instruments and equipment during surgical procedures in the Operating Room

Qualifications

Other information:High school plus specialized, short-term training in surgical technology. Prefer certification in surgical technology. Less than year experience in surgical technology. Requires knowledge of surgical technology in terms of what is to be done and an understanding of how it is to be done. This staff member must demonstrate knowledge of growth over the lifespan of patients served. I.V. certification is preferred

 

Education:Essential:* High School Diploma or GED
