ABOUT SUMMER 2024 INTERNSHIPS
The Kendo Brands Summer Internship is a paid 10 week Program focusing on an assigned project while being introduced to and fully integrated into the daily activities of your team. For Summer 2024, our program will be hybrid from our downtown San Francisco Office. Interns will work from home every Monday and Friday, and will come into the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Interns will get the opportunity to explore a department and learn about developing a career at a beauty brand incubator. Our program will include exposure to senior leadership, networking opportunities, and regular check ins on internship status. Interns will also get an opportunity to learn more about LVMH and how Kendo fits into the LVMH family.
Applications for the 2024 Internship Program will be open from February 8th to February 23rd. Salary for all internships will be $23/hour. Qualified Candidates must be rising juniors, seniors, or 2024 graduates of an accredited college or university. You must be legally authorized to work in the US and able to work 3 days a week in our downtown San Francisco Office. Candidates must be able to work either June 3rd to August 16th or June 24th to September 6th.
SUMMARY
The Ecommerce Digital intern at Kendo will be supporting various parts of the Digital organization. This will be a great opportunity to explore and learn about multiple facets of the Digital business, with special attention to the importance of communication cross-functional collaboration, and documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own a site and promotional competitive analysis project to be researched, developed, and presented by the end of the program. Project will include a significant amount of competitor analysis from a site and regional prospective, to provide business recommendations and insights that our teams can integrate into our ongoing strategy. This project may also be collaboratively integrated with the other digital team intern.
• Support day-to-day executional business support, to include supporting promo or product setup on site, site merchandising, project management, process documentation, etc.
• Support the team with ad hoc digital tasks which could include data collection, creative project management, creative content uploads, and website quality checks.

• Support in obtaining content needs for special projects from cross-functional partners such as Education, Social, and Creative
• Support in process and tool documentation for cross-functional use

REQUIREMENTS

• Current undergraduate student (rising junior, senior, or soon-to-be graduate) pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or related field
• Demonstrated interest in the beauty industry, ecommerce, and digital marketing with previous relevant internship/work/project experience a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including excellent follow-through and task completion
• Strong team player, ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams
• Creative problem solver with sense of curiosity; able to work independently to produce quality results
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience with a Work Management tool such as Asana, Workfront a plus
