Eligibility criteria:
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with a graduation date in 2025 or 2026
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization or sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
- 10 week commitment for 40 hours per week with availability to start June 10th 2024
- Must be able to commute to the office to work at least 3 days onsite
Position Overview:
Exciting Internship Opportunity! Are you ready to immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of Digital Marketing and Quality Assurance? Join us at Samsung SDS America as the Business & Quality Analyst Intern and unlock the opportunities to make an impact on the Samsung.com website and enhance customer experiences. With mentorship and support every step of the way, you'll have the tools you need to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As our Business & Quality Analyst Intern, you'll participate in our business analysis and quality assurance processes. From running tests to support application development to implementing quality processes, your work will directly contribute to improving the Samsung.com website and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams internally, mapping and documenting processes to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
This role is based in our office in Ridgefield Park, NJ and expected to work on a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in testing web applications, creative content and special projects
- Support in tracking project progress and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in creating and executing test cases to ensure software applications meet quality standards.
- Help maintain and organize test documentation and test environments
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, information technology or in a related field.
- Strong technical background with analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge in Java, JavaScript, and Python
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Website development or software testing
