We're looking for an Internet Sales Specialist (HVAC) - focused on driving online sales similar to internet car sales. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record in internet-based sales and customer service.

The right candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Responsibilities:

• Manage online sales inquiries and leads through various digital channels
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing information and guidance on products or services
• Use effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Proven experience in internet-based sales, preferably in automotive, HVAC/home services industry or a related industry
• Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills is a must
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team partnering with Comfort Consultants
• Customer-focused approach with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Problem solver and solutions oriented
