Internet Sales Coordinator Summary
:
Support and assist the internet team in generating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through the use of internet-generated leads. Accountable for providing a “Tickled, Delighted, Happy” experience for all internet-generated customer traffic.
Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive interactive experience for our internet customers through the use of email, online live chat with co-browsing technologies.
  • Provide immediate or same-day email or telephone response to all internet customer requests with a targeted goal of less than 10-minute turnaround for all initial correspondence.
  • Educating internet customers on current and future community and product offerings and, create desire for internet customers to set an appointment to tour our models.
  • Effectively document all interactions with customers in Lennar’s CRM system including text messages, emails, phone calls, live chats and appointments.
  • Maintain the integrity of Lennar’s CRM system by creating and merging contact information of leads, home buyers and realtors.
  • Assist in managing and distributing electronic marketing collateral to prospective customers who visit Lennar’s website.
  • Create and effectively manage the internet customer database.
  • Work with Sales Managers in developing tracking and reporting tools to manage the internet prospecting process and provide transparency of daily activities.
  • Create and maintain community documents for reference for each active and upcoming community.
  • Assist Marketing Department in updating website with current information on new community and product offerings, “Home of the Week” promotions, and homes available for immediate move-in.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing Department on the creation of electronic marketing collateral material.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Department on the execution of marketing e-blast campaigns or other internet based marketing initiatives.
  • Have a competent understanding of the division’s product and community offerings at all times.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in the homebuilding industry preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Current/active Nevada (NV) Real Estate License required
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Effective writing skills
  • Must have extensive internet exposure and/or internet consumer experience
  • Escrow and mortgage financing a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to self-manage activities with minimal supervision
  • Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
  • Committed to self-development of sales and internet skills
  • Accept constructive feedback
  • Team player

Physical Requirements:
This is primarily an active position; associate must be willing to drive customers to various communities to demonstrate homes and home sites in all weather conditions. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and telephone equipment, extensive phone and computer communication with customers is required. Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.
