Our dynamic and growing team is looking for an experienced International Sales Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our International Sales division.

Job Summary:
As an International Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to our International Sales team. You will be working closely with team members to manage correspondence, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely completion of tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist international accounts with inquiries related to orders, shipments, pricing, and product availability.
• Process product returns and credits.
• Maintain and update customer records.
• Organize and prepare export documentation for international shipping to meet customer deadlines.
• Collaborate with logistics and other departments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in coordination with the team.
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and determine cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance customer value and increase revenue.
• Support sales team in executing sales strategies.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Participate in training sessions provided by experienced colleagues.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within an International Sales or export environment.
