International Sales Operations Manager

Owlet is looking for an energetic, passionate, and well-rounded Sales Operations professional who can operate in a lean environment and provide incredible support to our International Sales team. This role will report to the International General Manager who is based in the UK.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Operations/Supply Chain
- Develop efficient processes to ensure the International Sales Team can effectively scale to exceed sales plans
- Directly manage sales orders with distributors and retail accounts to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are achieved, and any sales gaps are filled
- Supports new product launches
- Collaborate and support the Finance team in month and quarterly close for our international business
- Assist with managing the International Sales Team budget in collaboration with the International General Manager.
- Support the operations team in managing shipments of monthly orders, ensuring documentation has been sent out to customers.
- Support operations and customer service with the warranty process ensuring customers are receiving spare parts in a fast and efficient way.
- Sales
- Assist in building and developing new business in international markets (APAC & EMEA) with the ability to take on accounts directly over time.
- Manage distributor relationships, ensuring the quarterly plan is being executed.
- Support with pricing changes as needed across our partners.
- Demand Planning
- Analyze and interpret all relevant International Sales data - historical units, revenue, channel inventory, revenue targets, and make recommendations
- Utilize sales forecasting tools to create reports, presentations, and sales forecasts
- Work with key accounts to build planning tools that shape the growth of the account.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in a Sales/Account Management role
- 3-4 years of experience in a Sales Operations/Demand Planning/Supply Chain role within a consumer products industry
- Broad understanding of retail and digital marketplaces in top international markets (APAC & EMEA)
- Work flexible hours in order to meet the needs of clients and team members in various time zones around the world
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Independent and quick self learner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Suite

- Experience in Medtech industry
- Additional language spoken (German or French preferred)
