As the Brand President/General Manager for Journee Collection, you will be the driving force behind our brand, leading the charge in setting strategic direction, cultivating team excellence, and ensuring our Journee Collection brand remains at the forefront of women’s obtainable fashion. This role will be responsible for the financial performance of the business, driving operational efficiency, fostering creativity, and ensuring business growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Digital Direction: Set and implement strategic goals and objectives that align with the company's overarching vision while managing a multi-branded business.
- Financial Management: Oversee the brand's P&L, ensuring profitability targets are met. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Brand Identity and Positioning: Uphold and evolve the brand’s identity, ensuring its consistency across all touchpoints. This includes product design, merchandising, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences.
- Product Development: Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.
- Creative: Work closely with the creative team to amplify the brand's voice, ensuring impactful and cohesive campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Consumer Insights: Keep a pulse on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity. Adjust strategies to reflect changing landscapes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role across a multi-branded DTC (Direct to Consumer) platform; footwear preferred
- Strong financial acumen, decision-making, and P&L management experience
- Profound understanding of the fashion market, trends, and consumer behavior
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
- Innovative and forward-thinking with an ability to balance creative vision with business needs
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative and forward-thinking, passionate for fashion and brand storytelling
- Bachelor’s degree in business

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $190,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
