As an International Product Specialist within the Commercial Bank Corporate Client Banking and Specialized Industries segment, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of our international business among Corporate Clients and prospects in the $500 million - $3 billion sales size. You will drive international revenue generation by partnering with bankers, treasury management officers and other product partners. You will collaborate with bankers and Treasury Sales to ensure that clients are offered the right international solutions. A broad knowledge of international banking products with a strong emphasis on treasury services is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow international treasury revenue across a portfolio of Corporate Client clients
- Harness subject matter expertise for Treasury Services, internationally including trade, FX, and lending in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia and America's region
- Leverage partnerships with relationship managers and product partners to develop and deliver custom global treasury, trade, and lending solutions for Corporate Clients
- Partner and influence Treasury Services and Commercial Banking teams to establish and drive business development strategies
- Hold accountability for revenue expansion, pipeline momentum, relationship profitability, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy and proposal/presentation delivery
- Maintain a strong client focus, treasury industry expertise and a broad understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of doing business globally
- Provide informal supervision and ongoing guidance to assigned Treasury Sales Associate(s)
- Represent JPMC's International capabilities at both internal and external events throughout the region
- Provide input into product development, marketing, and other strategic initiatives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 10+ years of successful direct sales or relationship management - focused on International Treasury Management and solutions delivery
- Success in providing consultation on the aspects on international banking and cash management
- Extensive knowledge of International banking products, services, and markets (Treasury, lending, trade finance and foreign exchange
- Executive presence and consultative sales acumen; ability to develop advisory relationships with clients, prospects and bankers
- Proven track record of results-oriented performance, as well as building and influencing strategic relationships; capable of working with minimal supervision
- Broad and deep transaction banking technical knowledge
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Good familiarity with key global treasury trends
- Ability to travel 20 - 30% of the time
