SalarySr Payments Operations Specialist - Marine Division
Storable is seeking a Payments Support Specialist to support Merchant Services activities for our Marine Division. You will partner with cross-functional groups inclusive of our customers, Sales, Product, and Client Success to ensure a smooth and efficient process from beginning to end. As the payments support specialist and you will interface with various payment processors and payment gateways for such things as ISO-level disputes, communications and updates and serve as a knowledge base resource when the broader operations team needs answers to specialized questions. You will also be looked upon to assist, own and tackle projects and testing for our payments processing products. Attention to detail is a critical requirement for this role. You will need to ensure that all tasks are completed with the highest level of accuracy and precision.

What you will do every day:
- Be the interface with the various payment gateways and processors we work with on a daily basis.
- Craft ISO-level dispute responses, communications, and updates.
- Troubleshoot and bring to full resolution inactive stripe mandates.
- Be the go to person for the bigger operations team that includes technical support, sales, engineering, and product specialists for those hard to answer questions and challenges with all things Merchant Services.
- Own and drive the documentation for boarding processes to ramp future sales support reps and all the support processes and common cases to ramp up the Merchant Service Tech Support team.
- Be the driving force managing our BI request backlog on behalf of SLMS Sales and Support teams.
- Run with projects such as: assisting with diligence on acquisitions, testing, documenting bugs, coordinating with Product and Engineering for EMV terminal roll-out, and the migration of acquired customers from legacy processors to direct integrations just to name a few.
What you need to bring to the table:
- 5-7+ years of experience in client facing Payments, FinTech, or associated financial instruments/processor roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, specifically with customer interfacing.
- Ability to follow directions and learn new systems quickly and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
- Experience with data entry with high attention to detail while handling highly sensitive information.
Bonus points for experience with:
- An associates and/or a bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of ISO standards
