CACI is seeking a 2024 summer intern for an I.T. Asset Analyst opportunity in our Oklahoma City, OK office. This position will be 100% onsite.
What You'll Get to Do:

• Process IT equipment Return Requests.
• Interface with other Asset Management processes such as Configuration Management, as required with respect to IT asset data.
• Responsible for quality and efficiency of Request resolution where IT asset Management expertise is required.
• Review inventory (physical and automated) for variances with the IT asset records.
• Assess IT Asset data and provides variance information and resolution recommendations.
• Identify areas of process improvement and communicates accordingly.
• Work with ITAM Manager to ensure data accuracy is current and correct.
• Perform reconciliation of IT asset records in the IT asset management repository.
• Generate reports requested by management.
• Assist in resolving service requests originated by customers and internal organizations concerning fixed asset management issues.
• Undertake any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Highly motivated individual able to produce solutions/improvements that will be beneficial to our business.
• Excellent quantitative, written, and verbal skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.
• Pursing a Bachelor's degree major in IT, Management Information Systems, etc. preferred or related area.
• Experience developing and documenting business processes preferred.
• Experience operating in ServiceNow preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of ITIL Foundations v4
