Zab is currently looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant who shares our love of International Business and different cultures. What makes this position so exciting? Today you might be helping a someone with a need in Tokyo, while tomorrow it could be Paris.
This is a part-time job opportunity, 20-29.5 hours/week. Position hours are primarily afternoon (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM) with some flexibility; however, we will need 4-5 hours/day from you. You must work onsite.
Position Responsibilities include:
- Assist in international project preparation and coordination (75%+ of position)
- Regularly run errands including making bank deposits, checking mail, picking up office supplies, and otherwise
- Maintain various aspects of the office to ensure everything is in order
- Answer telephone calls
- Assist with human resources needs, primarily securing and coordinating with contractors on a regular basis
- Assist with some accounting needs
- Be flexible according to the needs of the organization and its employees
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of position
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office experience *strongly* preferred, particularly expertise with Word and Excel
- Understanding of translation/localization industry a plus
