Job Description
We are looking for an International Account Manager to win, maintain, and expand relationships with resellers/channel partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintaining expert-level knowledge of our product offering and providing software/product feedback based on the needs of international clients
- Providing product knowledge and sales training over the phone or via video conference to dealers (primarily in Spanish)
- Day to Day minor translation needs of the department such as translation of dealer training and recruitment collateral
- Prospect new distribution partnership opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques
- Manage sales activities of partners for the purpose of growing the business relationship to generate revenue
- Coordinate with dealers to identify key sales opportunities to generate revenue
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives
Experience:
- Experience developing corporate business relationships and international channel partnerships
- Knowledge and understanding of foreign customs import regulations and international standards
- Proven track record of success; hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing and expanding existing client relationships
- International market research experience
- Professional experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Essential Skills:
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
