Internal Medicine Physician

A healthcare center is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join their team. This position will provide comprehensive, compassionate care in an outpatient setting. 
Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate medical care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations, including physical examinations and medical history reviews.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work, imaging studies, and EKGs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness and potential side effects.
• Administer IV infusions and inhalation therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in clinical trials and research studies as appropriate.
• Stay up-to-date with current medical knowledge and advancements in the field.
• Ensure accurate medical coding for billing purposes.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Valid medical license in the state of New York.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
• Strong clinical skills in acute care management and diagnostic evaluation.
• Experience with medication administration, including IV infusions.
• Knowledge of public health principles and practices.
