Job Summary:
HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in conjunction with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine (UCF COM) is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our residency as Core FacultyQualified Candidates:
- Applicants must be American Board-certified in Internal Medicine
- Established Internal Medicine residency program started in July 2014
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient work
- 8 faculty, 1 PD, and 1 APD
- We welcome 25 new IM residents per year (75 total residents annually)
- Candidates with prior teaching experience and/or additional chief resident year will take precedent
- Spanish language fluency strongly preferred
- Core faculty will actively participate in clinical supervision, mentoring, and teaching of residents and medical students, didactic presentations, serving on committees, and participating in scholarly activities
