Form of workOur program provides a paid internship opportunity starting at $20.00 per hour, along with a hybrid work schedule that offers the best of both worlds. You will work in the office for four days a week, collaborate with your team, and grow your skills. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work from home, one day a week. Our program runs from June 5th, 2024, to August 9th, 2024, and we expect our interns to commit to the entire program duration.

What you will do:
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of Video Production equipment for shoots.
- Ensure all necessary equipment is operational and ready for use.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet specific shoot requirements.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to video projects.
- Implement effective file naming conventions and folder structures for easy access.
- Work closely with the team to manage media assets efficiently.
- Perform basic video edits using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Assist in cutting, trimming, and arranging footage to create cohesive sequences.
- Work with the team to ensure video content meets quality standards.
- Prepare and export video files in various formats for delivery.
- Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure files meet project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to support cross-functional projects.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
- Currently, enrolled college student who has completed at least one year of school at an accredited university or college.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and basic knowledge of video editing principles.
- Familiarity with Video Production equipment and technology.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Must be able to clear a background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
