Our Procurement Leadership Development Internship Program offers an exceptional opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of our industry and what it takes to lead teams/change in a fast paced and dynamic organization. This program centers on our team's main focus: To identify and develop people leaders within Supply Chain and Procurement.     

Through business-critical projects, you will gain a working understanding of our industry, develop your professional skill sets all while directly contributing to company growth.  OurProcurement Leadership Development Interns work closely with our organization's Procurement & Supply Chain leaders to gain a thorough understanding of the departmental functions. You will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience by contributing to and leading projects that directly impact company productivity.

• Professional development

• Work with a mentor to develop project plans and set goals
• Complete process improvement projects in assigned areas including Flexible, Glass, Packaging and Indirect
• Develop and write standards for assigned processes
• Attend networking events, including time with senior leaders, extracurricular activities, and community involvement
• Opportunity to earn a fulltime position within the 24-month Leadership Development Professional rotational program
• Position located in Louisville, KY at the Sazerac home office

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Packaging or related field
• Desire to embrace new challenges
