Form of workOur program provides a paid internship opportunity starting at $20.00 per hour, along with a hybrid work schedule that offers the best of both worlds. You will work in the office for four days a week, collaborate with your team, and grow your skills. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work from home, one day a week. Our program runs from June 5th, 2024, to August 9th, 2024, and we expect our interns to commit to the entire program duration.

What you will do:
- Assist the photo team in preparing and setting up equipment for photo shoots. This includes but is not limited to setting up lighting, and backdrops, and ensuring all necessary gear is in optimal condition.
- Manage and organize digital files to ensure an efficient workflow. This includes sorting, labeling, and archiving images and project files for easy retrieval.
- Perform basic photo editing tasks using Adobe Photoshop. This may involve retouching, color correction, cropping, and other adjustments to enhance the overall quality of images.
- Work closely with photographers, other team members, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination during photo shoots and post-production processes.
- Take advantage of the internship to expand your knowledge and skills in commercial photography, gaining exposure to different styles and techniques used in the industry.
What we are looking for:
- Currently, enrolled college student who has completed at least one year of school at an accredited university or college.
- A genuine passion for commercial photography and a desire to contribute to creative projects.
- Mid- to high-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is preferred. Familiarity with Adobe Premier for basic video editing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in file organization and photo editing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Must be able to clear a background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
