We are looking for a Metrology Technician (electrical or mechanical) intern to join our team for an eight-week period lasting from June to August 2024.
The internship requires 20-30 hours of on-site work per week.
Ideal candidate will have a base-level understanding of electronics, electrical engineering, physics, or mechanical engineering in an engineering or physics undergraduate degree.
Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Perform basic calibrations on hand tools and electronics.
• Learn Metrology basics by working closely with Metrology team and manager.
• Create customer and internal reports.
• Participate in team TIER meetings.
• Interact with customers and handle basic customer inquiries.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in physics or engineering (preferably electrical or mechanical).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire to learn and take initiative with problem-solving.
