Job Summary
This position performs in-depth market research of Crystal Group's target markets (military and industrial) to help identify new industries, competitors and approaches for penetrating these markets while working under the guidance of the strategist. Works closely with all members of the Program Management team.
Essential Functions

• Conducts internet searches and records findings.
• Utilizes targeted search methods and analyzes information. Filters through large amounts of information while retaining those pieces that are applicable.
• Summarize various companies to help determine leads, contacts and proposed products to help Crystal Group win opportunities.
• Monitor competitor's websites, press releases, trade shows, etc. to help the sales team remain informed of competition in the industry.
• Makes recommendation to sales team on industries, products, and technology trends Crystal Group should focus on.
• Identifies trends and recommends potential industries, products needed and how Crystal Group hardware can add value to that industry. Creates reports, documents and presentations to communicate information to the organization.

Basic Qualification

• Must be a US Person (US Citizen, person granted US Permanent Resident Card or any individual who is granted status as a "protected person")
• Junior/Senior education level in business related field at an accredited university

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- includes physical requirements

• Able to demonstrate efficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet searches.
• Must be able to sit, stand and bend at various times while reviewing the computer hardware items
• Ability to inspect products and effectively use the computer on a daily basis is needed
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
