The role reports to the US (United States) Government Contract &Compliance Attorney and is located in Fort Smith, Arkansas. You will support U.S. Motion’s government contract and compliance program by providing vital assistance with contract management, client relations and direct client assistance.

Your responsibilities
- Assisting the managing attorney with responding to contract review requests
- Conducting intake with clients to identify potential legal issues and obtain necessary information
- Utilize the government compliance landscape to complete projects in the reporting area
- Participate in the drafting of legal research and creation of guidance documents for the business
- Utilize MS products to refine the existing government landscape
- Other projects as assigned by the managing attorney
Your background
- Currently enrolled in U.S. law school, having successfully completed either first or second year
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or related field of study
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn and grow from a diverse set of experience and people
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Results oriented with strong analytical skills
