The Opportunity:
Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business.
The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months. LEAP prepares sccessfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role in one of the three Business Units. Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship.
Responsibilities:
• As our IT Supply Chain & WMS Engineer, you will apply theoretical learnings from your academic study and develop skills to support a future career in Supply Chain & Warehouse Management Systems
• You will be trained on Supply Chain Systems and required to contribute in the areas of Software Development & Software Integrations
• Working with the Engineering Lead to develop applications for Supply Chain projects Supporting the Developers and Engineers to create prototypes, POC's and technical solutions
• Creating Pseudo Algorithms and Code using latest technology
• Developing user interface on Python, Angular, REACT and integrations on KAFKA/Web Methods
• Use of databases from Oracle, Postgres
• Assist with projects using a hands-on approach
We are excited about you if you have:

• Currently working on the completion of a bachelor's degree in computer science or Engineering Major Currently a junior, senior or grad student
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL programming
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JAVA, PYTHON, C++ or C is required
• Web Application development experience and building APIs using JavaScript Preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Power Point, Excel, Visio and Word
• Excellent written, verbal and listening skills Ability to document requirements and keen attention to details.
• Ability to speak in front of teams that include both business and IT partners.
• Self Driven & Ability to Interact with teams

The annual base salary range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
