We are currently searching for interns to join our Informatics and Information Services teams during the Summer of 2024.
The Infrastructure Data Operations intern will assist in supporting and maintaining systems for the Infrastructure Data Operations team to include coordinating details for projects via email and meetings, remote and in person, programming queries and scheduling tasks for databases.
Responsibilities:
- Updating the Program's codebase
- Creating documentation
- Researching and documenting aspects of the project
- Implementing features of the software
- Working with front and back end design elements
- Collaborating with leadership and team members to complete strategic projects, which may cover topics including finance, accounting, marketing, operations or other areas.
- Attending meetings and reports on issues and decisions relevant to assigned projects.
- Providing operational and administrative support to complete various functions and tasks.
- Creating correspondence among team members to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Completing additional tasks, including but not limited to: data collection (coordinate and direct), managing meeting logistics, preparing agendas and other materials for meetings with leaders and team members.
Requirements:
- Requires current enrollment in an Associate's, Bachelor's, and/or Master's Degree Program.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
2024IISSummerInternship
