Under immediate supervision, performs basic clerical duties in accordance with established guidelines and procedures while gaining exposure to various careers and department functions throughout the organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Uses computer based programs, copy machine, calculator and other related standard office equipment to type letters, reports, correspondence and forms.
- Performs data entry to prepared spreadsheets, compiles and files records.
- Answers telephone inquiries and delivers messages.
- Sorts and delivers departmental mail.
- Maintains and stocks department office supplies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
