INTERN - FINANCE

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.
This internship includes a base pay range of $25 per hour, paid sick and safe time, and perks such as a local transit pass and access to the onsite fitness center. Given the limited duration of the role, interns are not eligible for full-time employee benefits such as healthcare or 401(k).

INTERN - FINANCE

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Work with Nintendo's Finance department in Accounts Payable on Optical Character (OCR) confidence analysis and threshold adjustments
- Partner with the Accounts Receivable team and cross-functional teams to create a new solution for automated entry of Retail Marketing claims for payment processing
- Provide key insights to impact future Finance system strategies through a data driven approach
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
- 3.0 GPA
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a graduation conferral date between May 2024 and June 2025
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Finance with exposure to project management and IT application administration
- Basic understanding of financial applications and business systems
- MS Office Suite mid-level proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Communicates professionally and effectively
- Ability to work independently
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Able to work 40 hours a week onsite throughout the course of the 11-week summer internship between June - September
