HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) INTERN – TALENT ACQUISITION
(Hiring for Spring & Summer – Fort Lauderdale, Florida)
Exposure provided for HR functions which include recruitment and onboarding, training and development, employment law and regulations, human resources information systems and change management.
- Onboard new hires into HRIS/Payroll database with a very high level of accuracy and integrity
- Review and report on I9, metrics, and background checks
- Scan, audit, organize and process documentation accordingly
- Assist with planning and organizing corporate meetings (calendar invite, agenda, presentation)
- Assist with coordination of College Recruiting (career fair search, registration, travel itinerary and expenses, attendee list, branding and candidate selection process)
- Support Training & Development with logistic/planning, ideation, event attendee and travel participants, venue setup, curriculum development, and remain a present help
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INTERN
(Hiring 2* ASAP, Dallas, TX & Fort Lauderdale, FL)
- Setup, deploy and manage windows computers and software upkeep
- Provision of computers, phones, and tablets for new users
- Assist with any needs and resolution for concerns regarding Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive file sharing/syncing), Printers and Copiers, basic computer, phone or mobile device troubleshooting (Apple and Android)
- Collaborate with team to maintain department inventory
- Clearly document challenges and set expectations with the highest level of customer service
- Respond timely to emails, phone, and other requests from customers and team members
- Work with the IT Helpdesk ticketing system and review open tickets daily
QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST INTERN – DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
(Hiring ASAP, 6 months minimum* – Fort Lauderdale, FL)
- Develop and execute test cases in a detailed, efficient, and timely manner
- Evaluate the result of test executions, document defects, and manage resolution by following up with developers
- Requires strong organization and time management skills
- Assist in support of other testing activities during the project lifecycle
- Test and document application patches and upgrades
- Experience with information technology (A Plus)
- Quick to learn new applications (Workday, CMiC)
- Create and update quality-related documents, including but not limited to process, standards, tools, metrics, and reports
- Knowledgeable of QA principles, concepts, industry practices, and standards
- Working knowledge of all Can Learn/Master Microsoft Office/SharePoint applications
- Work closely with process owners, business analysts, data scientists, end-users, consultants, and other QA team members.
VIRTUAL DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION (VDC) INTERN (Tampa, FL & Fort Lauderdale, FL)
- Willing to learn and adapt to Moss’ as-built construction process
- Travel to multiple construction sites in the South Florida Region on a daily or weekly basis
- Flexibility for Part/Full-time Schedule*
- Lift and carry equipment (up to 50lbs), walk entirety of construction sites (including wet environments, use of stairs or other high elevation up to 1,000 ft)
- Capture 360° as-built photos of all areas of the construction site
- Upload captures to photogrammetry software for processing and stitching
- Perform terrestrial LiDAR scans of entire construction sites or specific areas
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, details, and specification (A Plus)
EDUCATION AND QUALIFYING SKILLS
- Actively pursuing an Associate/Bachelor/Master’s degree in a related field for the department(s) of interest
- Experience using/Exposure to Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams - along with related software/application for desired role)
