Job Function: Provides support to the Consumer Banking operations team through account research, document organization and imaging, and documentation project assistance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides project support to the Consumer Operations department, including legal documentation, data management and reporting, Online Account opening and training.
- Conducts research regarding account documentation within the bank
- Prepare and provide analytics of spreadsheet data
- Organize legal documents to assist in bank-wide project
- Prepare materials for meetings and training sessions
- Conducts document imaging and archiving
- Attends and participates in group staff meetings
- Other tasks as assigned from time to time by supervisor or other member of management
Job Qualifications/ Required Skills and Abilities:
- Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
- Strong PC, web, database/Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Exhibit and maintain high degree of professionalism
- Maintain high degree of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels of the organization
- Excellent follow through and time management skills
