This is a Temporary Full-Time position. This role is primarily responsible for supporting the deal setup team's basic tasking, including mapping and loading data files, obtaining and processing image files, and generally supporting business operations.

This is a full-time internship effective from June 3rd through August 23rd. The intern will be expected to perform and deliver results while primarily working remotely. It may also be expected to be on-site a few days over the course of the internship period in our St. Petersburg, FL office for one-on-one professional development sessions.

Essential Job Functions:

+ Map and load data files.

+ Inventory images and documents, organize them, and load them to operational systems.

+ Monitor and download documents from SFTP sites and web-based client portals.

+ Communicate with Client Service Managers to obtain materials and identify deficiencies.

+ Assist in the buildout of data and file extractions, as well as reports to support the organization.

+ Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

+ High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ 1+ years of mortgage experience preferred, but not mandatory.

+ 1 year of experience working with FileZilla, PuTTY, and PDF editors preferred, but not mandatory.

+ 1 year of experience building t-SQL statements, MySQL preferred, but not mandatory.

+ Strong communication (written and oral) skills.

+ Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multidimensional thinker.

+ Detail oriented and organized.

+ Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.

+ Strong commitment and dedication to the position and team.

+ Prompt and regular attendance is required.

Special Requirements:

+ The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment.

Working Conditions:

+ Office environment with frequent computer, mouse, keyboard use.

+ Alternating between sitting or standing as needed.

+ Listening, talking, reaching, grasping.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($ - $). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
