Form of workOur program provides a paid internship opportunity starting at $20.00 per hour, along with a hybrid work schedule that offers the best of both worlds. You will work in the office for four days a week, collaborate with your team, and grow your skills. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work from home, one day a week. Our program runs from June 5th, 2024, to August 9th, 2024, and we expect our interns to commit to the entire program duration.
To succeed as a Jazmanian Intern, you need curiosity, a willingness to dive in, passion, a collaborative spirit, and humility. In addition, a successful candidate needs critical thinking skills, the ability to find a solution, not just provide information, an interest in seeing yourself as an individual contributor adding value in a corporate environment, and finally, an interest in working with people from different backgrounds and countries. What you will do:
- Inspect samples to ensure the assigned partner follows our Brand Guidelines
- Recognize incorrect use of IP or other compliance errors on product development concepts
- Reference Jazwares brand pillars and style guide to provide comprehensive comments to licensees to ensure Brand Integrity and consistency
- Work closely with the team to communicate all stages of submission from Licensees
- Manage influx of samples and organization of the sample storage
- Collaborate with other team members to continue re-evaluation of brands and products
What we are looking for:
- Currently enrolled college student that has completed at least one year of school at an accredited university or college
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office & G-Suite
- Basic proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop
- Must be able to clear a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Solid time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate and deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels in a professional manner
