FordDirect is looking to hire an Intern within the Analytics Department for our Summer 2024 Internship Program. This position will provide exposure to multiple areas within the Analytics team including outlining client business objectives, data analysis, using data to develop meaningful stories and provide optimization recommendations aligned to business goals. This is an excellent opportunity to obtain real-world, business experience on an Analytics team.

• Attend FordDirect’s New Employee Orientation program.

• Develop visuals and reporting dashboards in DOMO

• Handle and analyze large volumes of data using various analytics tools

• Gather requirements from internal customers to address business needs and synthesize the requirements into analytic solutions

• Evaluate and analyze data into findings to help improve business strategies

• Transform insights and analysis into presentations and stories for marketing leadership regarding advertising program and campaign performance, along with optimization recommendations

Assist team on variety of tasks such as attending meetings, creating presentations, interacting with teams, and more

• Gain knowledge working for a Digital Marketing Company within the automotive industry

• Will be able to construct DOMO Dashboards and visuals

• Become comfortable with data storytelling and presenting data to stakeholders

• Learn adoption of best data practices including documentation, validation, governance, security, and detection

• Develop an analytic mindset on how to evaluate trends and attribute causation

• Become experienced in the end-to-end Data Analytics reporting process, i.e., gathering requirements, dashboard creation, QA data and presentation of findings

• Use and application of audiences for Digital Advertising campaigns

Obtain experience working both independently and on a team

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Education

Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science or Engineering
