About the Role

What You Will Do
- Learn and own engineering best practices
- Application of basic acoustic principles
- Component testing and troubleshooting
- Engineering control processes
- System testing
What You Need
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program at an accredited institution, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to employment
- Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher
- Must have taken courses in one or more of the following or equivalent: electrical engineering, acoustic engineering, physics, mathematics, or DSP/Computer Science.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to confidently interact and present information to senior leaders and executives
- Must work collaboratively with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
What is Nice to Have
- Experience or interest in automotive and/or music
What Makes You Eligible
- Be willing to work in an office in Novi, MI
- Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
- Must provide own housing and transportation to/from work
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization
- Must provide minimum work availability of 10 hours per week while attending classes
- May provide full work availability during summer hours and be able to work 40 hours per week depending on workload
