Intermediate Application Developer/Engineer/Programmer

BACKGROUND:
Technology Services Infrastructure Support team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced technology professional to join its infrastructure team. The selected individual shall be responsible for Oracle applications and its associated technology stack, with a focus on the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). Highly preferred is a candidate who has experience working with an independent Federal Agency, having experience with FISMA, SOX and other Federal and Board compliance mandates.
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set Application Developer/Engineer/Programmer at the intermediate level. In addition, the candidate shall have demonstrated experience in the following:
• minimum of seven years of specific work experience supporting the Oracle technology stack with an emphasis on Oracle Business Intelligence, Oracle Business Intelligence applications, the middle-tier technology and database
• Professional experience with installing, upgrading, maintaining, and supporting
o Oracle database 12c, 18c, and 19c
o Oracle Data integrator (ODI)
o Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
o Oracle Business Intelligence Applications
o WebLogic
• Supporting users with varying technical skills
• pplying critical security patches to resolve vulnerabilities
• Professional experience with extract, transform, and load processes for data warehouses
• Professional experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to perform ETL for a variety of sources
• Technical experience with Oracle Financial (EBS) and PeopleSoft
• Simultaneously works on several complex assignments requiring analysis of intricately related complex variables.
• Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with information security and privacy standards including FISMA, SOX, FedRAMP, etc. is preferred.
• Possess clear, concise and effective verbal and written communication skills
