Specialized Experience: 1) experience utilizing knowledge of natural, physical and social science theories, practices and methodologies to adjudicate regulatory permit appeals; AND 2) develop or modify policy governing permit denial procedures; AND 3) experience utilizing knowledge of requirements and procedures for evaluating permit applications. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
