Intelligence Mission Manager, Senior
Key Role:
Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Review documents for accuracy and respond to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting. Assist with administration and management of requests for information (RFIs), task actions, reports, and briefings, and prepare correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities. Create read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings. Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support. Attend command validation meetings, provide response recommendations, and record or input assigned newly arrived RFI, production requirements, and assigned higher and adjacent organization's task actions into the command's internal Requirements and Tracking Automated Sequencing Coordination (RTASC) application. Monitor the status of requirements received through the Community Online Intelligence System for End Users and Managers (COLISEUM), Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2), Marine Corps Knowledge Gateway (MKG), Automated Message Handling System (AMHS), and e-mail. Ensure tasks are recorded, validated, completed, and disseminated.
Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience providing intelligence support to intelligence activities
  • Experience using production and RFI tools such as COLISEUM, ETMS2, and AMHS
  • Experience using cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support tools such as DoD SAFE and DOTS
  • Knowledge of Intelligence Management
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps and DoD writing guidelines and production standards
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
