Overview: Seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support DoD Joint Forces military intelligence exercises and planning by providing data collection and analysis related to U.S. and non-U.S. forces.

Requirements:
- Four-year degree from a fully accredited college or university
- 8+ years' experience or master's degree and 5 years' experience
- Active Secret DoD clearance
- Understanding of U.S. and non-U.S. Military Forces (such as force structure, equipment, readiness, training exercises, doctrine, strategy, tactics, and mission capabilities)
- U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred:
- Degree in Intelligence Analysis, Operations Research, Information Systems, International Relations, Political Science, History or related area
- Recent experience evaluating strategy, security goals, objectives, and doctrine related to the Pacific or European NATO, regional areas, cyber security, electronic warfare, or Special Forces domains
- Knowledge in the areas of theater and campaign-level analysis, combat modeling & simulation, operations research, wargaming, exercise scenarios, or technology demonstrations
- Ability to conduct research and analysis while supporting government efforts and teams across the DoD
- Ability to combine data sources, build data stores, and collaborate with data science teams to build solutions
- Technical proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- MS Access = writing queries, developing reports, developing database structures, and normalizing disparate data sets
- MS Excel = creating pivot tables and using power functions
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop data about U.S. and non-U.S. forces and capabilities from a wide variety of sources
- Engage with customers at the Joint Staff, OSD, DoD Intelligence Community, and COCOMs
- Create and present reports, develop and conduct briefings, and facilitate meetings with customers and peers
- Support enterprise intelligence readiness
- Coordinate and document intelligence assessments, lessons learned, and readiness reviews
- Communicate effectively with customers in writing and in person
Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 (provided as a general guideline only. Compensation dependent upon relevant work experience related to the scope of the position, education, training, and market considerations).
