Position Description
We are seeking junior and mid-level Intelligence Analyst(s) to search for and analyze intelligence on visa applicants in downtown Washington, DC. This is a full-time on-site position with no remote opportunity. The Intelligence Analyst(s) shall vet visa applicants via various database checks and evaluate applicants for any derogatory information. Upon identifying derogatory information, Intelligence Analysts shall compile information from all relevant sources into a detailed formatted product. Qualified applicants MUST possess a Top-Secret clearance and be willing to undergo or currently have an active Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience with analytical research and compiling information from multiple source types into a clear and concise assessment.
- Candidates for mid-level positions will possess more than two years of specific Enterprise Vetting Center (EVC) experience.
- Demonstrate ability to access, analyze and interpret as well as perform research on designated systems and databases for the purpose of identifying information of interest to the requestor.
- Demonstrate ability, tenacity, and patience to follow detailed procedures in a repetitive process.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment.
- Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills sufficient to explain actions taken and how recommendations were derived.

- Ability to provide intelligence and threat analysis and production support.
- Experience developing information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products in support of the customer's information and technical support requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Desired Skills and Experience
- Knowledge base in one or more of the following disciplines or related fields: counterintelligence, counterterrorism, criminal justice, foreign culture studies, and/or international relations.
- Experience with social media exploitation and open-source information collection/analysis.
- Demonstrate exceptional skills with time management and multi-task organization.
Education
- Possess a bachelor's degree in a business-related field or national security or higher from an accredited college or university.
- Three or more years of hands-on experience performing administrative, analytical, and research functions may be substituted for a degree.
Clearance
- Active TS/SCI Eligibility. Candidate must have the ability to successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examination if successful CI Poly has not been recorded within the past five years.
