Ascension Global Staffing and Executive Search is seeking a 3rd to 8th year associate to join our client's IP Litigation team in their Austin or Houston, TX; New York, NY; Seattle, Washington; or Washington, DC offices. Candidates should have 3-8 years’ technical experience in the areas of semiconductors, telecommunications, electronics, and/or software, and litigation experience commensurate with their seniority. An undergraduate degree in computer science, computer/electrical engineering, physics, or related fields, with patent bar registration, is preferred. Candidates should be team players with strong communication and interpersonal skills who are willing to take on substantial roles in our matters, including technical analysis, drafting, depositions, and working with experts.
