Job Description
The Integrator (COO) will oversee the company’s operational processes to ensure a superb customer experience. The Integrator will optimize the company’s operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, and manage sales/marketing initiatives. The goal is to secure the functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
Duties:
Including but not limited to:
- Collaborate with Visionary (CEO) to set and drive the organizational vision and operational strategy
- Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives in tandem with Visionary
- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning
- Oversee company operations, employee productivity, sales, and build a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
- Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves targets relative to growth and profitability
- Coordinate preparation of operating and sales reports
- Evaluate company gross profit targets and offer suggestions on how to improve overall company gross profit
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and vendors
- Review and analyze budget reports and prepare and develop budget modifications and recommendations
- Study methods for improving work measurements and performance
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in leadership role, required
- Advanced degree (BA, BS, MA, MS)
- Leadership skills with resolve, personal integrity, and emotional intelligence
- A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Ability to approach business from a creative point of view
- Time management and organization skills
- Self-Starter/self-motivated
- Computer skills - specifically, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong ability to help others succeed
- Conflict resolution skills
- Business and financial acumen
